PM Checklist for Computer Peripherals

-List down Property Tagging of Computer Peripherals (DKRC, LSPMC or DJI)

-Scan computer using Windows Defender

-Check for Windows Update

-Check if files are all synced on OneDrive

-Install BELARC Application to gather information for the Operating System Product Key

-List down system specifications of the computer

·         Computer Name

·         Operating System

·         Processor

·         Memory Size

·         HDD/SSD/NVME Size

-List Down the physical specifications of the computer including the Brand, Model and Serial Number

·         Monitor

·         Monitor Adapter (If applicable)

·         Keyboard

·         Mouse

·         Motherboard

·         Memory

·         HDD/SSD/NVME

·         GPU

·         PSU

·         AVR

·         UPS

·         Printer

-Check if the System Unit, PSU, keyboard and printer for dirt and dust. (Clean using Air Blower)

-Lubricate PSU fan with oil

-Clean the peripherals using wipeout

-Company/Department shared printers are not included for PMs (Kyocera and Epson L15150)
